1. Service Delivery

Memoniscan2 is a subscription-based service. By purchasing a plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the interval specified during checkout.

Memoniscan2 provides scanning services. Please note that all orders are processed manually to ensure security.

  • After your payment an access code is sent to your email. Standard delivery time ranges from a few minutes to a few hours.
  • If you have not received your code after 24 hours, please contact us with your PayPal Transaction ID.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal balance and all major Credit/Debit cards. While a full PayPal account is recommended for easier subscription management, you may pay with a card via PayPal's guest checkout. Please note that for recurring services, PayPal may require you to create a basic login to manage your automated billing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Easy Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time for free. There are no cancellation fees or hidden penalties.

You have two ways to cancel:

  • Self-Service: You can cancel directly through your PayPal account dashboard under "Automatic Payments."
  • Assisted Cancellation: If you prefer, you can contact our support team via the Contact Page, and we will manually cancel the subscription for you. Please provide your email and Transaction ID.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Product Usage: Due to the nature of this service, once a subscription code has been generated and delivered to your email, the current billing period is non-refundable.

Refund requests are only considered if:

  • The access code was never delivered.
  • A verified technical error prevented the service from being used.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

By subscribing, you agree to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms and will result in an immediate termination of your service.
